Start with your employer
PURP Driver accounts are created and managed by the retailer that employs you. Ask your store manager or company administrator to correct your profile, revoke app access, or submit an account or data request. You can also email privacy@purpco.com, and PURP will route and coordinate the request with the appropriate retailer.
Request access, correction, or deletion
Email privacy@purpco.com with the following:
- Your full name and work email address.
- Your retailer and store location.
- Whether you are requesting access, correction, account deactivation, or deletion.
- A short description of the information involved.
What happens next
- PURP or your employer will verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information.
- Your employer can deactivate the work account and remove future Driver App access.
- Eligible personal information is corrected, deleted, or de-identified under the retailer’s instructions and applicable law.
- PURP will respond within the timeframe required by applicable privacy law and will explain if more information is needed.
Records that may need to be retained
Deleting or deactivating an employee account does not automatically erase every delivery record. A retailer may need to retain route activity, delivery outcomes, proof records, security logs, or audit history for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Access is restricted, and records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required under the platform’s retention schedules.
Uninstalling PURP Driver or clearing the app from a device does not submit a server-side account or data-deletion request. Use the process above so the request can be verified and completed.
